Hello, my name is Sam. I’m studying capoeira in California and with that I’m becoming extremely fascinated with Brazilian culture. I have been studying Portuguese for a while now and I’m probably just barely an intermediate. I’d like to spend most of my lessons in conversation where some narrative is built. I have a masters degree in Humanitarian Studies and have completed to Critical Language Scholarships in Kiswahili. I would like to continue learning Kiswahili because I love the language and it would allow me to work and be of service in East Africa. I am between a Beginner High and Intermediate Low fluency.
