I am looking for a professional arabic teacher to teach my sons ages 2 and 5. Also, I would like to be taught arabic the language,spok en, and written. I want private lesson. It is so important for me to find a great teacher because this makes all the difference in learning. I would love to start a soon as possible, a day without learning; is a waste of a day. Each day its important to learn a new thing. I want to pass the beauty of language to my kids, so it can be passed to the next generation and so fourth.

I am a beginner in the Albanian language. I have recently spent 5 weeks in Albania. One week was travel only all over the country. The last 4 weeks were spent teaching English to Albanians that wanted to improve in English conversation or pass the TOFEL. I love the country and the people. I have lived in Europe and traveled in South America. I've also traveled in Japan. I have never become so attached to a country and people as in Albania. Wow! The new Eastern Europe is amazing!!! I plan to return to teach English, but I want to be able to communicate to make travel easier and visits to student's parents and grand-parents more enjoyable. Any educated Albanian will fit my needs.

I am a beginner at German. I have self-taught myself for a year using the Rossetta Stone language cds and have picked up very basic words and short phrases. I would like to become fluent in German because I hope to someday become an interpretor and live in Germany. I will dedicate as much is needed to learn German. I have been living in Japan for the past four years but have not formally studied the language. I am a beginner (I can speak an elementary level of Japanese and I cannot read or write Hiragana, Katakana or Kanji) Hiragana, I am familiar with but I do not know it.
I would like to improve and maintain the Japanese language ability I have so that when I return to visit friends I may be able to speak properly or better than I do.
I want to read and write, inaddition to being able to speak well. I would like to start in September and maybe weekends. I have not decided and I so not know your availability.
My teacher should be relaxed, repetitive and resourceful in his/her delivery. I am not great with languages so it will take patience as well. Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu .

I am capable of reading the Perso-Arabic script as I have studied Modern Standard Arabic for 3 years. I want to learn Persian because I am a university student specializing in Near Eastern Studies and, while our Arabic department is outstanding, our Persian department is lacking. I am looking to spend approximately 3-4 hours per week studying at a fairly aggressive pace- I am taking this following year off from school to pursue personal interests and would like, in that time, to cover roughly two semesters worth of university-le vel material. Hence I like teachers who can push me and who can expect more from me, who can demand that I do my best.
