Great teacher, Discipline, Consistent Thank you Nicole for first 50 hours intensive lesson during my holiday. She is great teachers who is establish clear expectations at the start of the lesson and follow them consistently as the lesson progresses. She is definitely have high expectations for learners, but even higher expectations for themselves. Nicole also work hard to keep our relationships to become good friend. She always care about her learners, and understand the power of emotion to jump-start change. Because of her positive encouragement and discipline, I manage to speak basic Mandarin conversation with short period.
