Description

I am a beginning level learner of Portuguese. I am a native English speaker, fluent in Spanish and able to read and moderately understand Portuguese. I want to gain conversationa l fluency in Portuguese for business and social purposes over the next year while living in Mexico City. I am able to commit 2-5 hours a week to my learning, which I prefer to complete in person. I seek a patient, educated and inventive professor who will incorporate popular media and culture into traditional (book) learning practices.
