I just want information from TRACY TANG. I am a French Canadian and want to marry a chinese woman living actually in Nanning (CHINA). She wants to learn English or French language. I need information about fees, etc. I am from Canada (Quebec province) and I want that my friend(LING) learn to speak French or English because I want that she will be able to increase its eligibility for immigration process.
