Dzien dobry. I am interested in learning Polish because I grew up in a Polish speaking house, yet didn't learn the language as a child. I have been to Poland and it was very frustrating not to be able to communicate in the language that I've heard my whole life. In addition to my Polish background I have studied Russian so I have some slavic language foundation. I have been self-studying in Polish and I am at beginner level, but I believe learning would be more effective with a teacher. I would need assistance in all areas of the language as I am interested in learning how to speak and write in Polish. I would be interested in two hour-long lessons per month at the beginning, with the possibility of weekly lessons in the near future.
