Description

I am learning French because I have visited France several times.

I am interested in farming and especially in livestock. I hope to learn French butchering, découp, of the beef and lamb carcasses.

In 2007 I was in Rodez with a program at a technical high school. I plan to return in 2011 and I would like to work without a translator.

I am a retired chef and now work as a consultant to farmers.

I would say that my level of French is intermediate. I need help in conversation. I can write basic information and I can read reasonably well.
