I have been working with several approaches teaching Brazilian Portuguese, including the Communicative Language Teaching and Grammar in Context. The CLT approach is used to teaching second and foreign languages and emphasizes the interaction of both the means and the ultimate goals of learning a language. With the Grammar in Context, the classes are customized according with the student’s needs and capabilities, including reading, speaking, listening and writing sessions. |
