- lived and worked for ten weeks at this holiday castle in southern Germany where I improved my German while gaining hotel work experience

- for six weeks, under my own supervision, I did contract photocopying work for Quick Law, a law publishing company
- the work I performed aided in extending the company’s on-line computerized judgement library
- my duties included photocopying large volumes of judgements page by page, collating and labeling the photocopies, documenting the progress, and preparing boxes photocopied pages for shipping

- worked part-time at this restaurant for nearly two years; duties included dishwashing, food preparation,
and keeping the kitchen clean, orderly, and sanitized
