It is a really bad explanation. Word "Piemeny" should be spelled "Piemenie", because "piemeny" would mean "in the shepherd" or "in the cowboy". And it means not only "go out of here". "Piemenie, iseik" means "Cowboy, go out".
"Go out of here" is "Iseik is cia".
