Hello Atikah,
I see you have spent some time in and around Paris. Obviously you enjoyed your stay very much.
I could possibly help you with your study of French. But may I suggest that you first see if there is an " Alliance Française " in Singapore. To start learning French in a relatively formal way would be good for you, especially if you start from ground level.
Any "international penpal" type of communication would be a good addition to an initial and formal study.
