There is no difference, except that:

"I have to do it"

is considered more grammatically correct.

"I have got" is a common construction and is acceptable in common speech, but it is not exactly grammatically correct. Depending on the meaning you wish to convey, you could say:

"I have to do it" which means "I am required to do it, I have no choice"

or

"I got to do it" which is in the past tense, and more expressive of a past opportunity to do do something, rather than a compelling requirement to do something.

In the english writting people use lots of words to mean the same thing so when u say i have to do it is the same as i have got to do it, this way is just more demanding thats all. I would like to know how to tell some one in chinese how smart i am for trying to write in chinese mandarin,can anyone help me?
