Como se dice What wrong en espanol. Yo sabo que puedes dice Que pasa, pero hay un otro manera. Lo siento que mi espanol is tan mal. Mi idioma es ingles. Por favor Ayudarme

You can say (at least in spanish from spain)

¿Que ocurre? which is very similar to 'What happens?' and is a very common expression

A more literal translation would be

¿Que es lo que esta mal?, but if you say this in spanish, you are taking for sure that something is wrong and is less common.
