Let's tell some cheesy jokes!
Since this is the joke bulletin, I thought I could start a conversation about jokes. As an American, I love jokes. Please feel free to share your own jokes!
Also it is important to remember that many jokes in English involve plays on words, so sometimes if you don't understand, try reading the joke out loud and it might make sense (if you still don't understand a joke though, we'll be happy to explain them if you ask :) ).
With all of that in mind, here's one of my favorite classic jokes (if you don't understand right away, try saying it out loud ;) ):

great plays on words ("jeu de mots"). I'm happy to understand them (when I understand)...
But it is not possible to translate : if you understand french,I like :"Se coucher tard, nuit !". Nuit means "night" and "doing bad to you". hum... not very funny I guess if you are not french.
Have you too somes fun stories ? So I'll try to translate mine.

hello se coucher tard veut dire aller dormir à une heure qui n'est pas normale ou qui n'est pas raisonnable. Par exemple; on dit qu'on couche tard un enfant lorqu'on le couche à 23 heures et qu'il a de l'école le lendemain.
