What's the difference between "une maison ancienne" and "l'ancienne maison"

Hi.

The difference between the two is realy simple. "Une ancienne maison" meens one old house, any old house in any part of the world, no old house in particular. "l'ancienne maison" meens that old house, the one we used to live in (for exemple) that old house in particular.
