Wanna a Language Partner as well as Friend
As a Chinese College junior in Shanghai majoring in information and communication engineering(in telecommunication),I'm planning to go abroad for further education so I need badly to improve my English.And I'm also quite willing to introduce Chinese culture to you.Meanwhile,we'll be friends,which is more important compared to language study.
