I want practice french
im a chinese studyin in paris,i wanna find someone practicing frech with me,also its meant to be friends.as the same,i speak few kinds of chinese (mandarin,cantoness,etc) and fluent english,i went to high school in America.new beginner in paris would like to make nice friends.

I am fluent in English.
Hello, I am fluent in English, and learning Spanish, but whatever language you are I would love to learn more about your culture and teach you mine! The only thing is that you must know a bit of English so you understand what I'm saying, but that's it!
If you speak Spanish, I would love to improve my Spanish with you, it may help me in school. I technically should know a lot more Spanish than I do, but I forgot it over summer. Hahaha. Oh well, I'll pick it back up again, I just need to study more.
Well, no matter what language(s) you speak, I would love to talk with you, and hopefully help you improve your English, or learn a bit more about Spanish myself! Languages I can't speak a word of but that I like:
