Details: I am a Sri Lankan -male- age 51 years,ofcourse in very good health. A non smoker and a teetotaller.Presently working as a senior manager of an insurance company. I posses more than 20 years experience in the management grade,managing sales and administration in regional offices in the insurance and finance sector in Sri Lanka.Usually I was heading a team of around 40 people including few field managers and about 35 salesmen. I have attended sales management/administration training programmes conducted by reputed international institutions in UK,Japan,Tailand,Singapore and India.In addition to those countries I have visited US too. My wish is to assist a foriegn -specially Japanese- family business (a medium scale business managed by family members)in sales management and administration while assisting those family members to improve their skills in English language. After the initial interview,if both parties are agreeing I am prepared to sign an agreement for 2 years which can be extended subsequentely. Thank You, R M Dissanayake |
