1. we rarely use this one to describe objects. But you will not be wrong if you said this. 2. It's not a lithuanian word, but the majority of people use it (it's from english "fine"). 3. literaly means "beautiful". Probably the majority would use this one to describe something "cute".
Instead of "kawaii", in Lithuanian we say "1. mielas 2. fainas 3. gražus"
