I'm not sure any of them are correct since life is not a risk. Usually a risk is an adverse (opposite) to life. But other than that, the third one from the top "should" be the correct one.

The most correct one of these is number 2, but that's not really right either. The correct way to say this is: I risked my life to save the girl.
