yes, those of us who are not Gold Members here can only send “Hi!” messages to each other on this site. We can only reply with full, uncensored messages here to Gold Members who have previously sent messages to us. Sometimes people who are Gold Members will note that status in their profiles; perhaps there are self-identifying Gold Members here who are native English speakers with an interest in learning or practicing Chinese? If so, then sending a “Hi!” message to such people would be the best way for you to start an exchange.

I have difficulty with this website.
It's so hard for me to get contact with other people. There is a block. I am not a golden member and i don't even have a visa to pay for the fee. I am a Chinese girl,I want to know interesting people and different culture. Every time i say Hi to people here, they just feedback me a "Hi".I guess they are not the golden members,too.So there is a block between us. Anybody want to learn Chinese? contact me please.I want to write my email address, but it seems that it was forbidden.And if i do this,the message can't be sent out?
