Newbie From the US Looking Learning Swahili
Hello
This seems like it can be a cool site to meet new people and learn from one another. I'm waiting awhile before I upgrade my membership in hopes that someone will contact me and let me know if it is worth my while.
I've been self teaching myself Swahili (via language software and travel guides) for some time now. I would really love to kick it up a notch by communicating with someone who actually speaks the language.

Help w/ Japanese for English Lessons
So Hi. I'm new here. I like learning new languages and I want to learn Japanese. Also, this summer, I'm going there for vacation before college so it would help a lot if I was fluent. I know english and conversational chinese (mandarin). Please help!!!
