Instead of "Meado Oshiete Kureru?", in French we say "peux-tu me donner ton adresse e-mail?"

To be more polite, I would suggest you finish your sentence this way "oshiete kuremasen ka"
Instead of "Meado Oshiete Kureru?", in French we say "Me donneriez-vous votre adresse courriel"
