En Venezuela decimos ¡Epa que tal! como expresión de alegría al encontrarnos con un amigo. In Venezuela we say ¡Epa que tal! as a friendly expretion when we find someone that know well.
Instead of "Whats Up", in Spanish we say "Epa, que tal!"
