1) We have 3 of famous Soba producing Prefecture in Japan. Yamagata pref., Nagano pref. and Hyougo pref.
2) But be careful, some of people have allergy to Soba (Buckwheat allergy) so if you get nausea and/or felt any other bad influence on your body, please never eat Soba again.
