Volunteering overseas
Hi! Does anyone have any experience of volunteering overseas? I've searched all over the Internet, found lots of information, but practically all the organisations require a certain sum to be fundraised. I could find money for the air fare, but not more. Any suggestions or useful information? Would love to hear from anyone, who has already volunteered or those who are intending to do it. Why not find smth affordable and do it together?!

I didn't know much volunteer program that you need not paying anything. The only one I've participated in was with Raleigh International, I still paid but a lot more cheaper since am on expedition in Malaysia itself. You can easily get their info from web

I am planning for a trip, one week duration working in a turtle sanctuary in Malaysia. It is organised by SEATRU. You can obtain the info from web too. It cost me aroound Ringgit Malaysia 450. Around USD118 exclude transport charges to there. So am targeting paying around another RM200 for domestic air from KL to there.
