Adapting second language (Tagalog)
I need some help to answer some of questions to some people who adapting and learning my native language which is the Filipino language (Tagalog). It will means a lot to me to have some answer with you guys. Thank you so much !
These are the questions:
1. What country where you from?
Follow up question: What is your native language?
2. What language you currently learning?
Follow up question: What is the reason why you’d been learning this second language?
What is the first word/phrase you learned in studying a new language?
3. Can you fluently speak your second language?
Follow up question: If so how, you learned and speak it easily and quickly?
If not, what are the struggles you currently facing?
4. How can you join in on conversation if you don’t understand every word?
Follow up question: Do you feel like a different person when you’re joining and speaking different language? Why / why not?
5. What are the advantages that you get in learning the ability to understand and speak a foreign language?
