Japanese Novels for Starters
I'm currently focused on studying Japanese and I would like to learn through their literature. I'm reading children's stories (written in Kana) for now, but I would like to go to the next level (?). Do you have any suggestions on Japanese novels, preferably with JLPT N5 kanjis only?
Thanks! :D

Re:Japanese Novels for Starters
ガラスのうさぎという小説を読んでみませんか?さっき読んで、超いい本だと思いますよ。ちょっと子供っぽい本だけど、漢字もあります。N3までの漢字だと思うんだけど、フリガナもあるから、大丈夫ですよね。
How about you try a book called ガラスのうさぎ? It's a pretty cool book and even though it's obviously a children's book it's not the normal kind. It deals with the American bombings on Japan and death and all the nasty stuff from a child's perspective. It has kanji well above N5, but it also has furigana, so it shouldn't be too hard. ...I have no idea where you could get it though, since I bought it in Japan. Should be on Amazon.

Re:Japanese Novels for Starters
I suggest you novels of shinichi hoshi. This writer writes a lot of science fiction novels and he likes to write short novels.I think short novels are suitable for starter of japanese novels. Also his writer is famous for japanese students.
