Hvor mangen dager
I am an American of Norwegian descent and I am just getting in to speaking the language. I also would love to learn Norwegian history. But I have a question. In the phrase "Hvor mangen dager" I am finding that the word "hvor" is translated into the english word "how". However the google translator says that the word is "where" when the word is by itself... Is this accurate? and if so why? also the translator pronounces the word differently when it is typed by itself than in that sentence. Same question, is that accurate and why? I have come to realise that the google translator is garbage, but i was using it to help me pronounce words correctly. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated... thanks
