Learning English or French and speaking partner in Xinchu, Taiwan

I'm a Taiwanese girl studing in Xinchu/ tsinchu. My mother tongue is Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. So I can teach you both, esp. Mandarin. BASIC NATIVE TAIWANESE LANGUAGE
I can't wait to learn some basic native taiwanese language. I fairly speak some mandarin.
As an English Language teacher, I could equally be of some help in assisting with your language skills.
