I am 34, doing postgraduate studies in Russian History but about to take a break from study because I'm expecting a baby next month. I can read Russian, French and Yiddish reasonably well but need some writing practice. I have taught English and am happy to correct mistakes etc, and I'd be happy to write to another Yiddish student. These days my thoughts are mostly occupied by pregnancy/babies, knitting/crochet, academia, languages & translation, cooking, cats .... I love books, movies, art, nature, etc but I don't seem to have time for them ...
