Hello! My name is Rick, I live in Los Angeles, California and I studied Italian for 5 years in school. That was almost 30 years ago as I am now 45 years old. I've been to Italy a few times and to Ticino, Switzerland once. I was able to get by with my limited ability to speak Italian. I'm 20 years old, and thanks to a friend, I just recently picked up learning languages as a hobby. I'd like to learn Swedish because I'm part Swedish. I'd like to learn Romanian since a friend of mine was born there, and Hungarian's just a random curiousity (as are the other languages I'd like to learn, but I could only put four). Also, I'm in school, looking to get a ph.D in Psychology and a Master's in Education, so I can teach Psychology on the college level. But hey, I don't want to get too long-winded, so I'll leave it at that.
