Ras mallai a typical pakistani sweet
Raas Mallai
Ingredients:
½ liter milk
4-5 green coriander
6-8tbsp sugars
1cup-powdered milk
1tbsp flour (Maida)
1egg
1tbsp oil
1tsp baking powder

Method:
Put the ½ liter milk on a medium flame on the stove add Allaichies n sugar in it. Now mix all the dry ingredients (milk powder, flour, baking powder) now add 1tbsp oil in the dry ingredients. Beat the egg separately and then mix it in the other dry ingredients as well now make its dough with your hand (If the dough is really thick add 1tsp of water)
Remember one cup powdered milk make at least 17-18 Raas mallaies, which would be more than enough for your family. Now make small balls out of it. Don’t make too big balls okay. Then add these balls in the ½ liter milk. Baji don’t boil the milk but yes it should be hot enough. Make it for about 4-5 minutes and then dish it out in a platter. Garnish it with pistachios
(If you want to make Gulab Jamans the recipe is the same only fry the ball in oil and then mix then in chashni. For chashni boil water and add sugar in proportional ratios it so you can also enjoy gulab jaman with the all most same recipe)
i hope u all enjoy these yummy dishes any specific recipe Gala?
