Hi, my name is Terry and I am an English language tutor. I live in Malaga, Spain and I teach English language to exam levels. I am also the director and owner of an English school in Malaga, where I teach students to exam levels.
I have been teaching English for over 40 years and I hold a degree in English Language and Literature. I also hold a Trinity College CertTESOL which I have held for over 20 years. In the past, I used to work in mainstream education in the UK before I emigrated to Spain.

My approach grows out of three interlinking strands: my personal experience with learning and learners; study of the experiences of others; and experimentati on.
General ly, my aim in teaching is to create a situation where students become enthusiastic about understanding the language matter themselves and consequently deeply integrate new content and frames of meaning into their way of thinking. To attempt to achieve this I use a variety of methods such as speaking in pairs, small groups, role plays and debates.
