My family in law are Greek.
My husband can't speak the language neither even though he is Greek.
I would like to learn so I can also teach my daughter as I don't want her to lose her roots.
It' s important for me to know & understand how to converse as we have quite a few family gatherings & I feel a bit out of place when I don't understand, reading & writing will be a plus but not a necessity.
