I have been studying pu tong hua for 1 yr, my knowledge is very basic, still not good, i want to focus on conversation, i write little pin yin. I still dont want to learn han zi, only later on. I am learning pu tong hua just because i find it interesting and i like chinese people, so this will help me understand more the culture. Also i look forward in the future to make business with china (import/expor t). For now i am just looking to speak basic chinese, to deal with everyday life and fun. I speak english and spanish.
I want to go Honk Kong or Shanghai to learn pu tong hua for one week private lesson, probably only half of the day day or at least 2 or 3 hrs a day. Also i will be visiting the city during my free time. I plan on october 2009, or if not possible starting of 2010.
I have been to china before.
