    • un pahar iaurt
    • 1 ou
    • un plic zahăr vanilat
    • un pahar făină
    • un praf de sare
    • o linguriţă praf de copt
    • jumătate linguriţă bicarbonat
    • esenţa vanilie
    • ulei

    • Mod de preparare
    • 3. Puneţi câte un polonic în tigaia unsă cu puţin ulei şi încinsă. Când se rumenesc le întoarceţi pe partea cealaltă. Fiţi pe fază pentru că se rumenesc foarte repede
    • 4. Serviţi pudrate cu zahăr si cu dulceaţă.
