I am in my 3rd year of teaching Spanish in the public school system. This year is my 1st year teaching at the middle school level. I am going to take an OPI(Oral Profeciency Inventory)next week on Tuesday, August 30th. This is my second time taking this exam due to the fact that I was not as prepared the first time around as I wanted to be. I need to practice with a native speaker of Spanish.

I am a woman whose raised my children who are fleeing the nest and very much enjoy learning about other people from other countries . I have many many friends from guatemala and mexico and wish very much to corespond with people from those 2 countries ,maybe hopefully find a companionate too if i'm lucky,.. my interests are music writing ,talking on the phone for hours , kniting, going to the shore ,movies and traveling ...I was borne of 3 ethnicities and have since lost the ability to speak the languages I once spoke . I do understand and can write spanish but to speak it would have you laughing as my words sound funny...
