Hi! I have always admired people who came to the US and learned English as a second language. I travel a lot, since I am a merchant marine. I would like to know spanish, since many of my shipmates speak spanish. For some reason, I just don't retain what I learn on the ships. It is so frustrating! Anyway, I was actually just looking for a pen-pal, when I discovered this site. I think that a 'smile' is universal and contagious. I am in my 30's and raised 2 kids by myself. I would love to teach english and learn spanish. I love to laugh and dance, which I believe, are also universal languages.

Hey, I'm Nathan
I'm currnently attempting/tring/am (which ever) learning Japanese. I don't really care what age, but just 17 or below, (I myself am 13). I think the Japanese culture and language is unique and something new to try. I've picked up on a few phrases and words by watching anime (I'm really into it). Well, I hope to hear from someone soon, either by E-mail, text chat, or voice chat.
