Dear Sir:
My colleagues and I are in the process of starting a Japanese cooking school in Tokyo. We want to attract Chinese students from PPC (Peoples Republic of China). We expect to have chef instructors who have rudimentary knowledge of Mandarin.
Bu t we need a native Mandarin speaker on the first day class for orientation and on the last day of class for graduation.
Each day will probably las between 2 hours and 4 hours.
The Mandarin speaker should be able to communicate in English and Japanese.
