Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to learn Punjabi as a second language.
I have only recently visited a friends family in India. They were located in Morinda, north of India. I was able to converse with my friend, but unfortunately their parents, relatives and friends in India were not able to converse with me and vise versa. I found this hard not being able to talk freely and have a good conversation with them.
I would love to learn how to speak this language so on my return at the end of 2010, I can speak easily with their parents, friends and relatives.
Could you please advise of any female that gives Punjabi language classes to a beginner. I am not sure of how many hours this would entail as I have not learnt a foreign language before. But I would need to discuss this with the teacher to ascertain how many hours I could dedicate to this.
I eagily await a reply from a suitable person.
