Hello,
My name is Sam Vary, and I work for a Russian news network in Manhattan called RTVi. My reason for creating this account is not to seek language lessons for myself, but rather for my boss's two-year-old son who lives with his Russian mother in Moscow. He has asked me to seek out a possible private tutor in the Moscow area who is a native English speaker (British or American) and is available for private lessons with a very young child. I am attempting to learn Japanese because I am interested in the language and hope to one day travel there. I am an absolute beginner. I only know a couple basic phrases. I want to start from scratch by mastering the basics and steadily progressing up the scale. I would prefer one hour lessons, but may be willing to increase it depending on the price. I am seeking a native speaker as a tutor. I need a teacher who can be: professional, friendly, patient, dedicated and passionate. I prefer to learn in person within the setting of a library.
