My name is Idella and I am 22 years of age.
I've been interested in learning the Japanese language for a long time in order to be about to communicate effectively and naturally with other Japanese speakers. I consider myself a beginner though I know some basics. I mostly need help with grammar, conversation, and increasing my vocabulary. I want to study as much as possible and I would like a teacher that is patient and corrects any mistakes that I make no matter how small. Also one that could perhaps teach me more about Japanese culture in the process of learning the language.

I was inspired from my 15-day exchange program to Japan during summer of '09. My dream for the future is to work in that country therefore learning the language as early as now is important for me. I believe I'm stuck between beginner and intermediate level since I never had formal lessons. I turned to this website hopefully to find a teacher available online or on the phone. I hope to have enjoyable lessons with a very approachable teacher and friend. :)
