Hi, my name is Jora Kuner, and I wish to learn to speak Punjabi fluently enough to speak in conversations . I have very little experience or proficiency in the language, even though I am Punjabi by heritage. I need help with all areas of the language, from pronunciation to grammer and vocabulary. If possible, I would like to spend 1 or 2 hours a day, 5 days a week to learn it fluently. I am looking for a teacher that is eager to help me learn the language and hopefully has some background in the language as well. I am serious about learning and will do everything possible to reach my goal of improvement because I wish to get in touch with my Punjabi heritage once more. hi i am wikalp from chennai. Learning languages is my passion. I am proficient in Hindi, English, Urdu, Telugu and Tamil. I have a knowledge of almost all the Indian scripts. Right now im keen on improving my punjabi. I can read and write Punjabi and can make out clearly what is being spoken but i cant speak confidently. Im intending to spend a month and half in amritsar to learn colloquial majha punjabi and to introduce myself to Punjabi literature. I need good practice of spoken punjabi. Im looking for a teacher who can help me with punjabi prose and poetry and also give me a good practise of speaking fluently in punjabi within a month........

I am a 21-year-old Punjabi student. Since I was brought up and raised in Houston, I was only taught the English language. Having 2 Punjabi parents, I would really like to learn the Punjabi language as well. I can understand some words and very small sentences but for the most part I am unable to converse. I need most improvement in grammar and conversation but I'm not really interested in learning how to read or write at this time. I can dedicate lessons up to 3-4 times a week in the evenings.
