I am learning Spanish for leisure. I lived in Spain for three months and was able to converse quite well, but this was 6 years ago and have forgotten a lot of the language. I would be at beginner level, but would move quickly up to intermediate once I got the chance to practice again and begin to remember it all. I need to practice understanding Spanish and also practice past and future tenses, as it has been a while. My grammar needs some work and I need to increase my vocabulary. I would like to begin lessons in December, in my uni break and dedicate a couple of hours a week, scattered days, as I do shift work full time. I hope my teacher will be able to address my language needs and help to have me conversing comfortably in Spanish with a lot of practice. I am happy to do a lot of homework, but would love to practice my homework by speaking and listening.

I am planning to visit Vietnam next year and believe it would help if I learn some conversationa l Vietnamese. It will be basic Vietnamese as I do not have any prior knowledge to the language.
As I am working part-time, the only days that are available for me to learn the language is on a Monday and/or Saturday. I'm open to a class situation, on-line or a smaller group. Preferably, however, the venue will be on the Northside as I live in the northside of Brisbane.
The teacher Im looking for needs to communicate effectively with me in English so that it would make my comprehension of the language easier and faster.
