I'm Brazilian and have been living in Brisbane for 2 years, my main reason when I first came it was learning English and still kind of it, but now I've settled down with my partner here, and the barrier language is my biggest hassle and fear as well as it affects my social and professional life.
I don't know what my proficiency level is, I'd guess high intermediate or so, my last formal certificate in English was FCE of Cambridge about 18 months ago.
I reckon my weakness point is listening/und erstand OZ people as I am not around them, formal English and talking through the phone.
I'd like to take 2 lessons per week (2 hours per class), and my main focus will be on improving my listening, formal English in order to get a professional job, interviews, formal writing, etc.
I'm looking for a teacher who can realize and we together work on my weakness points, who talk with me as she/he would be talking with their english speaker mates because speak clear and nice with me will not help with my listening, and a professional who can help me on my formal English and hunter process job challenge (applications , mock interviews, etc.
