I am learning Arabic out of self interest and career possibilities in the future. I have studied for two and a half years at Sydney University with a 4 month period of study In Damascus and Amman , I wish to continue but need the help of a tutor to make study more regular and intensive. I mainly need help with conversationa l Arabic and Grammar. I am of an intermediate level and would like to improve my vocabulary and language ability in all areas. Most of my classes have been held purely in Arabic
I am looking for around 3-4 hours per week plus self-study/ho mework. I am looking for a teacher able to provide a good homework plan as well as a good knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic, its grammar and vocabulary.

I have always loved languages. I was born in the Netherlands to Somalian/Ethi opian parents so my first languages were Dutch, Somali and Arabic. However I moved to Australia at the age of 11, and sadly have forgotten most of my Dutch. I want to learn Dutch again as I am planning to return in February 2012 and want my Dutch to be native fluent- as it was before. In addition I am also learning German.
My Dutch is only semi- fluent. I can only understand about 40% of conversation and my written communication in Dutch is of beginner standard. I want to improve my conversationa l skills, vocbulary, grammar and fluency.
I would like to dedicate 1 lesson per week over a number of weeks (8-12). In the Melbourne Metropolitan area.

I would like to improve all areas of speaking Thai. I know only very basic words at the moment. I'm willing to dedicate 2 or so hours for lessons a week and of course many more hours study. I also have phone conversations with people in Thailand, who help me along but because of the language barrier it can be difficult. I would appreciate any help and I will be a dedicated student.
