Hello. My name is Sarai and Im looking for a Japanese teacher. I am a begginer, I have studied for about three months. I need help in just about every area of the language. im not very good at Japanese but Im very serious about learning it.
I hope to one day do some missionary in Japan for the Lord, so i would like to know the language.
I can dedicate about two to four hours daily to lessons.
I would rather be taught in person, but online is ok too.
As far as qualities in a teacher, I would prefer to have someone that has a good attitude and isnt afraid to tell me when i make a mistake. Preferably a native speaker, but if not,thats ok.
If you could help me, i would greatly appreciate it!

I am graduating in May from university and will be moving to Houston - I have never studied Japanese before. I am interested in learning because my boyfriend will be stationed with the Navy in Japan and I am hoping to join him there in 2 years. I would start at beginning level. My mother came into the U.S. in the 50's from Japan and had a very difficult time because her English was limited. During the 50's in was, to her, very important that I be very 'American'. So, japanese was not spoken to me, just English. I would like to learn the language enough to make my Mother happy and go to Japan.
I work full time 9 - 5 Monday - Friday. Looking for a teacher who can teach after work. Weekends are difficult.
