I want to learn brazilian portuguese before I go to Brazil. I am going only for personal travel. I am a real beginner, but I do have knowledge in spanish. I could give 1 hours and a half per week for lessons. I am looking for a teacher who can teach me as much as possible in a short period of time, since I am leaving for Brazil in April. I just want to get the base for the moment.

I am a beginner. I am fluent in Spanish so I can generally understand Portuguese, but I don't really understand how to form sentences very well on my own.
I would just like to practice pronunciation and general grammar rules maybe an hour or two a week.

I'm somewhere between intermediate and advanced. I go to Portugal each year on holiday and I want to improve my listening and conversationa l skills. In particular I want to accustom my ears to the European Portuguese accent, with its rapid delivery, unvoiced vowels, elisions and so on. I'm looking for a teacher who speaks European Portuguese as a native. I'm retired so I'm available on most days and at most times. I'd be willing to travel to the teacher.
