My name is Andre Cid and the reason I want to learn Japanese is because I really admire the Japan and its history, also because I'm a pretty big fan of anime mangas too! My proficiency level is around beginner although I do know greetings and numbers but that's mostly it. I want to learn enough where I can have a conversation with someone and understand what there saying. I will spend as much time as I need to in order to learn Japanese. I would like a teacher that's a native speaker of Japanese in order to get the natural feel of the japanese language.

I would like to learn Japanese for many reasons. After I go to college I plan on going to Japan and perhaps living there. The career I would like when I'm older is to be an animator, and I would love to have an animation career in Japan. Also with learning Japanese I have more opportunities to get careers all over the world.
I am a beginner, and would dedicate 3-4 hours a week in learning this language. I would like a teacher that is patient and calm and willing to teach me.
